Polimalk helps people in Sri Lanka find service providers, read their published details and request a suitable time. It also gives providers a place to manage their service descriptions, working hours, booking requests and queue information. The aim is to make the conversation around a service clearer, rather than to replace the provider's own assessment of the work.
For customers
You can search by service, provider or town, open a provider's profile through a QR link, and request a service through your account. Use your booking reference and the recorded status to follow the request. A request becomes a confirmed booking when the provider accepts it; sending the form alone is not confirmation.
For providers
Providers can publish their service information and manage the requests they receive. Public listings require platform approval. Providers remain responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, prices, qualifications, hours, location and media, and for the work they agree to perform.
Current scope
The service is being developed as a pilot. Availability depends on the approved providers currently listed; the platform does not promise that every category is available in every town. This version does not collect online service payments. Prices and payment arrangements are agreed directly with the provider. Platform approval is not a professional licence or a guarantee of service quality.
Useful information before you book
Our guides explain how booking requests, profiles, QR links, queue updates and notification choices work. They are product guidance, not medical advice or instructions to repair equipment. If a profile looks misleading or a request seems suspicious, use the platform reporting options or contact Polimalk support.
